dc.description.abstractThe topic for the thesis is the legal protection of people displaced due to the adverse effects of human induced climate change. The thesis aims to determine to what extent current international law offers protection to Climate Change Refugees through a legal analysis of the international law governing refugees. Thereafter, evaluating the ways in which the protection of Climate Change Refugees can be better met within international law through examining proposed solutions to the Climate Change Refugee protection gap.en_US
