dc.description.abstractThe research deals with diversity in organizations from different aspects and the factors that affect diversity management. The study also tries to find the safest ways to deal with diversity by managers. The research also deals with the diversity of the organization’s culture, which plays a significant role in managing diversity and its importance. The focus has been on organizational culture more broadly and from different aspects so that the reader can understand it more clearly. The research also dealt with the positive and negative aspects of diversity in organizations and their impact on achieving its goals. The research deals with previous studies in the field of diversity that have effectively contributed to managing diversity in organizations and literary studies in a profound way that bridges the gaps that may cause deformation of the organization with a diverse staff.en_US
